Im Coach Sid, founder of DawgLand Fitness. I’ve trained in calisthenics and bodyweight strength for over 6 years. My love for fitness ignited in 2020, and since then it’s become more than workouts; it’s a lifestyle built on discipline, self-respect, and mastering both body and mindset.
I created DawgLand for people who don’t feel at home in traditional gyms, live busy lives, or have lost confidence in their fitness journey. You don’t need machines or a fancy setup to get strong, your body is your gym. My coaching focuses on building real strength, moving better, & feeling powerful in your own skin.
