Every good workshop has safety protocols, and ours is simple: We build each other up; we don’t tear each other down.
- Iron Sharpens Iron: We’re here to challenge each other to be better, but we do it with respect.
- The No-Bully Zone: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, ego-tripping, or making someone feel small for asking a question.
- Real Talk Only: This is a safe space to be honest about our struggles. If you can’t be kind, you’ll be asked to turn in your shop key.
We’re building a community that is as strong as a load-bearing wall, and that starts with trust. Let’s learn, grow, and get our hands dirty in the Word together.
