Studying for CISSP certification

Hi All - I am certified PMP program/project manager with 12yr+ experience in technology. I have started to study for the CISSP cert. I wanted to ask what is the best method to tackle this...last i studied was for my PMP which was ~7 years back. I am referencing the following. Is there a best way to study the content? memorization only, flashcards, case studies, etc. :

Digital 10th edition (audio. I still need to purchase the physical copy)
CISSP Exam Prep 2025 LIVE - 10 Key Topics & Strategies videos by Peter Zerger (youtube)
Destination Certification videos by Rob Witcher (youtube)
what is a realistic duration to prep for the exam? How difficult is the exam?
