This is not a beginner's role. We’re looking for someone who understands:
- Retention editing
- Scroll-stopping hooks
- Story pacing
- Emotion-driven cuts
- High-performance content
- Understand short-form algorithm dynamics

Deliverables:
10 high quality reels per week, 40 per month
