Hey everyone — I’m Erin from Cultured Cheese School in the Barossa Valley, SA. I’ve been making cheese for 20+ years and I teach fun, relaxed, hands-on classes (Haloumi, Feta and Camembert) and everything in between!
I help home cheesemakers build real confidence in their own kitchens and support people who want to level up toward a more commercial-style approach — better consistency, better process, and understanding the “why”, not just following a recipe.
My teaching style is step-by-step, practical and jargon-free, with plenty of troubleshooting (because curds have a mind of their own somedays).
In here I’ll share tips, fixes, behind-the-scenes, and what to make next.
