👋 Introduction — Richard
Hi everyone, I’m Richard Black, an executive coach helping senior leaders and organizations perform under pressure, rebuild trust, and lead with clarity. My coaching focuses on real transformation — combining strategic leadership development with mindset and behavioral change. I work with both private clients and large corporates across the Caribbean and beyond.
💡 My biggest bottleneck right now: The repetitive admin around my coaching workflow — proposals, follow-ups, sending assessment links, payment processing, scheduling, and sharing post-session materials. It’s all manual and time-consuming.
⚙️ What I’d love to automate first: The proposal-to-onboarding flow — from the moment a discovery call ends to sending a signed agreement, payment link, and first-session schedule — all streamlined automatically. Excited to learn, connect, and simplify my systems here in the Lab.
