Most traders lose because they skip this one step 👀
Before you take any trade, run this 60-second checklist:
1️⃣ Trend – Am I trading with the higher timeframe trend?
2️⃣ Level – Is price reacting to a real level (support/resistance, Fib, range high/low)?
3️⃣ Confluence – At least 2 signals agreeing (RSI, structure, liquidity, pattern).
4️⃣ Risk – Do I know my stop before I enter? (If not, no trade.)
5️⃣ RR – Is the reward at least 2x the risk?
If even one box is unchecked → skip the trade.
No FOMO. No revenge trades. Capital preservation = longevity.
📌 Consistency isn’t about more trades.
It’s about better filters.
