What has happened recently that has left you feeling unprepared or caught you off guard. Last night my PTSD was sent through the roof with gunshots being fired right behind my home. Made me realize I was unprepared and not being vigilant. Left me questioning the complacency of my life. Now that being said, it can be anything. Last week it was my truck keys, which now have an AirTag on them. Lol
