Early Signs of an Organisational Crisis
Crises rarely start loud. They usually start quietly.
Watch for:
  • Decisions being delayed or avoided
  • Increased conflict or blame
  • Confusing or inconsistent communication
  • Staff disengagement or sudden turnover
  • Leaders reacting instead of thinking
If you’re feeling constant pressure, uncertainty, or “firefighting mode,” a crisis may already be forming.
Early awareness is the most powerful intervention.
