Every Sunday I take 10 minutes to look back at the week and ask one question: **What did I learn that makes me sharper?**
This week for me it was about movement discipline. I caught myself rushing a bound when I should've been patient. Small mistake, but in the field those add up.
The best operators I know keep a "lessons log" — just a few lines each week about what went wrong, what went right, and what to adjust. It's not fancy. It's effective.
Take 10 minutes today. Write down one thing you learned this week that'll make you better next week. Then act on it.
What's one lesson from your week?
