LightStream - Denied (weird reason)

Hey Guys, got declined by lightstream with the reason being “Unable to verify information on application”.

This is with over an 800+ credit score, built out extremely well too, with comparable loans.

Has anyone ever received this as a response?

Is there anything that can be done here?
