Position vs influence
Does position make you a leader or influenc
Just because someone has a certain title doesn’t make them a true leader. Real leadership goes beyond having authority; it’s about the influence and impact you have on others. A good leader is someone who inspires and earns respect—not just someone who gives orders.
A position might give you authority, but it’s influence that actually gets people to follow you. Think about it—are you leading because of a title, or because people genuinely look up to you?
