LLC or Corp?
Any comments on whether to choose an LLC or a corporation? And how about an S corporation versus a c corporation?
I have two corporations. one of them is a C Corp and the other is an s Corp.
And how about a private Corporation in Wyoming or delaware? Does that up the game for funding any?
