👋 Hello Everyone !

My name is Migi, and I'm excited to be a part of the Money Broker Society community.

I am the Founder and Owner of Patriot Prestige Closings LLC, a women veteran-owned transaction coordination company that provides nationwide transaction coordination services for real estate investors, wholesalers, agents, brokers, attorneys, sellers, buyers, title companies, Subject-To transactions, Creative finance transactions throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. I am also a property manager, landlord, and real estate investor.

My goals for joining this community are to:
