Hi lovely, I’m Loretta — HeartBreath Therapist, Clair-Sensory Healer, and founder of BreathWorks Studio.
For over 20 yrs, I’ve guided humans from all walks through leadership development from the inside out. In the last 6 years my work has focused on nervous system regulation, somatic healing, breathwork, and heart coherence to help reconnect people to their own truth and create meaningful change.
I created The Creatrix Community because so many women feel stuck in emotional loops, burnout, or patterns that keep them small. We’re not meant to live from survival mode — we’re meant to live from clarity, coherence, and grounded feminine power.
Here we unpattern old habits, regulate the nervous system, strengthen intuition, and step into alignment with who we’re becoming. Through coaching, breathwork, energy work, and community, you’ll reconnect with your inner Creatrix — the part of you that knows, creates, and leads your life with purpose.
