News a Wall Printer operator hates to hear.

We all know it’s inevitable, but I always hope I have more time. But today I got up with a plan to do a print on a board and did my usual preparations. After doing my colour test a couple of colours were not printing. Worried I have an issue with my print head, and after hours of testing, the writing was on the wall….. some of my print head channels are blocked and I have to order a new print head 🙈

But I’ve had this one for about 8 months and always knew it needs to be replaced every 6-12 months.

Advice to all…… keep a budget for a new print head as it’s the most expensive part that you will definitely have to replace sooner or later.
