Tech check--please comment
Hey, can I get a few comments if people saw this message. I know things have been super weird with the internet in the hospital here, so I'm not sure if things are working or not, tbh. Anyway, no worries if this week is sort of a wash for all of us, but just know I am back to running the sessions in the mornings if you can make them. I've found, for my own sanity as I'm stuck here or heading to rehab soon, that having some semblance of low-stress normality (ie: meeting with ya'll and feeling like we're making forward progress) has been super beneficial for my mental health.
So, that's also my creator lab tip for you. If you're feeling stuck--I'm stuck physically to this bed, but there are many ways to be stuck--try to come to these and see what even making that slight bit of forward movement each day can do for you. I've seen some pretty positive benefits. Yesterday I was feeling super down and hopeless about not being able to leave, potentially not being able to spend my daughter's birthday with her on Friday, all the pain, etc. And it may seem counterintuitive, but when I started just working on a few things (ie: making a piece of content, posting in the QCRL, sending DMs) it really shifted my perspective a lot. So, if that's you today, you still have a bit of time to jump in!
Either way, if you can comment on my post and let me know you saw this, it would be wildly beneficial. And if you want to grab another accountability partner who you think would help you stay on track to coming every morning, send them the link to join us (free trial is still available!)
I appreciate all of you! No matter what curve balls life throws at us, we got this!!
