A note on business infrastructure.
I’ve been looking at a few different business setups this week, both my own and others'. A recurring observation: most people are losing potential revenue not because their product isn't good, but because their digital "front-end" isn't communicating that quality.
It’s a common gap. We get so deep into the work that we stop seeing how the brand actually appears to someone encountering it for the first time.
I’m curious what others here are prioritizing are you currently focusing on volume (getting more people to see you), or conversion (making sure the people who find you actually stay)?
