✨ Little Big Dreams Launch Showcase – Presenter Guide
Thank you for being part of our Launch Showcase! This evening is all about celebrating the progress you’ve made, inspiring others, and showcasing what can happen when ideas are turned into action.
Presentation Time
- Your presentation must be between 4 and 5 minutes long.
- Please do not exceed 5 minutes.
- Following your presentation, Hannah will join you on stage for a 2-minute conversation about your journey.
💙Presentation Format
Please provide one video file that Hannah can add into the master presentation. As everyone’s presentations will play back-to-back, all videos need to be supplied in advance so they can be placed into one seamless presentation.
Rather than creating a traditional PowerPoint, we recommend creating a video that includes moving photos, videos, text, animations or footage that tells your story.
You have a few options for how you present:
- Record your voice in advance so your narration is already built into the video.
- Have your video play while you speak live using the microphone on the day.
- Have your visuals playing on the screen while you present with notes or cue cards in front of you if that helps.
Your presentation as a whole should run for between 4 and 5 minutes, regardless of which presentation style you choose.
Your video does not have to fill the entire five minutes if you’d like to incorporate another element into your presentation, such as:
- Performing a song
- Demonstrating a product
- Displaying artwork
- Showing a physical creation
- Any other live showcase relevant to your project
Make It Interactive
We encourage you to think creatively and make your presentation as engaging and interactive as possible.
If you’d like to involve another part of the conference in your presentation, we’d love to hear your ideas. For example:
- Handouts for attendees
- Samples or products
- Interactive activities
- Audience participation
- Props or displays
- Something to be placed on seats before guests arrive
Please let Hannah know well in advance if you require anything to be set up before the event so we can help make it happen.
We also encourage you to include a slide near the end of your presentation with a QR code linking to your website, social media, online store or wherever you’d like people to continue following your journey. Leave this slide on screen long enough for attendees to scan it.

1. Introduce Yourself
Who are you, and what do you do?
2. What did you commit to?
What dream, project, business, goal or challenge did you decide to work on during the challenge?
3. Where did you start?
Paint the picture of where you were before beginning.
4. What was holding you back?
Be honest about the challenges you faced.
Examples may include:
- Fear
- Perfectionism
- Lack of confidence
- Procrastination
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Not knowing where to begin
5. What actions did you take?
Share the steps you actually took throughout the challenge.
6. What have you achieved?
Celebrate your progress.
Remember, success doesn’t have to be financial. It could include:
- Launching something new
- Finishing a project
- Building confidence
- Posting consistently
- Booking clients
- Creating artwork
- Starting a business
- Learning a new skill
- Completing something you’ve put off for years
7. How did Little Big Dreams help?
Share how the accountability, coaching or community encouraged and supported you throughout your journey.

Final Notes
This showcase is designed to be a celebration of you and everything you’ve achieved. Have fun with it, be creative, and don’t worry about making it perfect—we’re here to celebrate your progress, not perfection. 💕 don’t overthink it!
Please assume that many of the attendees are meeting you for the first time. Introduce yourself clearly, share your story, and help people understand what you’re passionate about and where they can continue following your journey.
Please ensure your presentation includes a QR code linking to your preferred page (such as your website, social media, online store or portfolio) so attendees can easily connect with you after the event.
If you’d like to incorporate another aspect of the conference into your presentation, or if you require anything to be set up beforehand (such as handouts, products on seats, props or other interactive elements), please let Hannah know as early as possible so we can help make it happen.
✨💕All presentation videos must be submitted by Wednesday,✨ 5 August✨, to allow enough time for our team to compile the master presentation, test everything, and ensure the showcase runs smoothly.
Most importantly, have fun! This is your opportunity to celebrate how far you’ve come, inspire others, and be proud of everything you’ve achieved over the past 50–100 days. We can’t wait to cheer you on!
👗 Dress your brand! You will have an hour break after the Summit to have an outfit change if you wish to get showcase ready.

To add a little extra excitement to the evening, we’ll also be presenting two special awards during the Launch Showcase!
These awards are not about having the biggest business, making the most money, or achieving the biggest result. They’re about celebrating the people who wholeheartedly embraced the experience and inspired others through their story.

This award recognises the presenter who best embraces the spirit of Little Big Dreams through their creativity, storytelling, authenticity, effort and overall presentation.
