You may have noticed I’ve been a little quieter than usual lately and that’s been intentional.
I’ve been taking the time to really observe what’s working, what you’re enjoying most, and how I can best support you moving forward.
Now that we’ve had time to trial and test things, I feel really clear on how to structure this space in a way that creates the most clarity, momentum, and real action for all of you.
First we are locking in 7:30pm for all group calls.
One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is that the evening sessions are working best for the majority of you. More people are able to show up, stay present, and actually engage — which is what this space is all about.
So moving forward, all sessions will run:
Wednesdays at 7:30pm Sydney time
For now, I’ll be pausing morning sessions.Not removing them forever , just simplifying things so we can build strong consistency and energy in one core time slot.
As we grow, we can absolutely bring mornings back or introduce additional times but right now, this allows us to create the best experience for the most active people. 💕
Some things have new names to make things easier!
You’ll notice I use a lot of alliteration (same-letter words like A’s, D’s, S’s).
This is very intentional.
It helps you:
- Quickly understand the purpose of each session
- Remember what each one is for
- Know where to focus your energy depending on where you’re at
At a high level, everything we do fits into one simple flow:
Dream. Act. Systemise.
- Dream → who you’re becoming
- Act → what you’re building
- Systemise → how you make it sustainable and scalable

1st Wednesday of the month–
🔥Action Accelerator Sessions.
This is where we focus on real movement — turning ideas into progress. These are from May-August only. Which means they start next week!
These sessions are designed especially for those participating in the 0–100 Challenge and working toward Showcase Night — but (for now) Empowerment members also have access as a bonus.
Inside these sessions, we focus on:
- Action – taking real, tangible steps forward (not just talking about ideas)
- Accelerator – fast-tracking your progress and helping you move quicker with clarity
- Access – direct access to me and the collective knowledge of the group
- Accountability – setting goals and actually following through on them
- Attention – getting eyes, feedback, and interest on your ideas or projects
- Affirmation – being supported, encouraged, and celebrated as you grow
This is where we build — not just think.
Week 2 – Radiate 1:1 Strategy Sessions
☀️This time is primarily reserved for my Radiate members and their private 1:1 strategy sessions.
By placing these the week before our group sessions, it allows me to better support these members with clear, actionable steps and then hold them accountable as they move forward.
Think of this as your S sessions — your structure and growth phase.Your sun rays — Radiate — expanding outward.
Inside these sessions, we focus on:
- Strategy – creating clear direction and making aligned decisions
- Support – personalised guidance tailored to you and your goals
- Systems – building processes that make things easier and repeatable
- Scalability – setting things up so they can grow beyond you
- Synergy – aligning your life, energy, and business so they work together
- Structure – organising your ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Solutions – solving problems with clarity and perspective
- Sales – turning your ideas into income and real opportunities
- Solid Advice – honest, experience-backed guidance you can trust
This is where things become sustainable — not just exciting.
🦄3rd Wednesday – Dreamer to Doer Sessions for those on our Empowerment teir.
Our group coaching calls are staying on the same date — just with a clearer and more aligned name.
These are your Dreamer to Doer Sessions — focused on you. These align with the dreamer to doer course/program you are enrolled in.
This is your space for personal growth, mindset, and building your inner toolkit.
Inside these sessions, we focus on:
- Dreaming – allowing yourself to think bigger and imagine what’s possible
- Deciding – getting clear on what you actually want
- Declaring – speaking your goals into reality and owning them
- Daring – stepping outside your comfort zone and backing yourself
- Doing (inner work) – understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface
- Decluttering – uncovering fears, resistance, and limiting beliefs (your “blocks”)
- Development – strengthening your mindset and inner toolkit
- Discussing – sharing, reflecting, and learning together
This is your foundation — because what you build externally is a reflection of who you are internally.
4th Wednesday- Dream Destination Workshops (Entry Point)
Previously known as “doorway workshops,” these are now called Dream Destination Workshops.
This is where people get clarity on what they actually want and where they’re heading. It is also the orientation and first call needed before jumping into our Dreamer to Doer program.
It’s also an opportunity for me to connect with new people and genuinely assess whether stepping further into this program will be beneficial for them.
I want to make sure that anyone who joins is truly ready to take action and will get real value from being here.
I highly encourage you to invite people into these sessions — you already know how powerful they can be. There is one tomorrow!
The Big Picture
Each part of the program plays a different role:
- Dream (D’s) → clarity, identity, inner work
- Act (A’s) → momentum, execution, building
- Systemise (S’s) → strategy, systems, sustainability, and growth
This isn’t random — it’s a full cycle designed to actually move you forward.

- I’ll be updating the calendar with clear session dates and links
- Each session will have its own access link
- You’ll need to be enrolled in the relevant tier to access specific sessions
⏰Timing (for interstate + international members)
All sessions are based on 7:30pm Sydney time
- QLD → 7:30pm (6:30pm during daylight savings)
- Adelaide → 7:00pm
- Perth → 5:30pm (4:30pm during daylight savings)
- Auckland → 9:30pm (10:30pm during daylight savings)
- Florida → 5:30am
- London → 10:30am

I’m really excited about this structure. It feels simpler, more intentional, and most importantly — designed to help you actually move forward, not just stay inspired.
