Transactional Funding
Hi All, I don't know if this is the correct forum for this, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I am following the CDM format for locating deals. I have a SFR under contract in Utah that I'm assuming 2.5% financing for 9k down with 24 years remaining on the loan. It's a 2300 sf, 5/3, built in '71. It has a MIL in basement with separate entrance. I think it needs approx 20k. I plan to sell it on a wrap inside 4 months. I need transactional funding for those 4 months of approx 30k.
