Insurance set up
I have a sub to HOME that I’m selling on a wrap. Do I call the underlying mortgage company and have them update the insurance policy? Or do I have the wrap buyer just open their own insurance and now there’s two policies on the same account?
I’m trying to find out if I contact the mortgage company and have them update the underlying mortgage insurance will that cause any issues?
