New Year, New Start!
Happy New Year Everyone!
I am not one for lots of resolutions, but this year I want to declare my focus in one word: consistent.
I hope to make more consistent routines and practices in my life this year.
I start today with coffee and my journal, this is my first dedication to being consistent for me this year.
I hope you take a little time today to decide what you would like to see progress in your life this year.
