Activity:
Today’s work is about seeing where you fight transformation.
🕯️ Sit with a candle or mirror and ask yourself:
“What part of me is afraid to change — and why?”
💭 Write every thought, no matter how small or irrational it seems.
🔥 After writing, place your hand over the paper and say aloud:
“I release the need to control what is meant to evolve.”
(Optional: Burn or tear the paper safely as a symbolic release.)
