Hey. I dont know if this is alllowed but Im wanting to ask for advice. There is a couple of people that myself and my partner have noticed that after ive been around them my whole mood and energy changes. Im fine when im with them, it is after they have left or I have left their place. This could be all in my head but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on cleansing myself and/or protecting my energy or just any tips in general on how to try and prevent this from happening. Thank you!
