I took this activity straight out of my witchcraft for a homemaker handbook.
🔮 Question: “How do you cleanse or reset your space for the week ahead?”
🌿 Activity: Do a small cleanse—smoke, sound, sweeping, or visualization. Post before/after vibes or how it shifted the room.
My Answer:
Every Sunday is family reset Sunday in my house. We wake up we enjoy a few hours of family time, and then we take two hours to clean reset the house and play very loud music. We proceed to dance in the kitchen to this music to cleanse our space with sound and clean our bodies with movement. Of course I like some incense before we enjoy this fun exciting weekly ritual.
