Simeca Alexander Williamson is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Pediatric Feeding Therapist, and Registered Nutritionist with a Master’s in Public Health. She supports mothers from pregnancy through postpartum, returning to work, pumping, introducing solids, and overcoming feeding challenges.
Her approach blends evidence-based care with a nurturing, down to earth style that empowers families to feed their babies with confidence, peace, and practicality.
Simeca works with mothers across Jamaica and the Caribbean diaspora through consultations, workshops, digital courses, and her signature Cradled Mom Community.
