If Love created you, then Love is your nature — not something you must produce on a tired afternoon. The same is true of every person. Today, choose one interaction where you would normally feel pressured to perform kindness, and instead let kindness simply extend from what you already are. Inestimable worth is not an achievement; it is an inheritance you share with everyone you meet.
