This community is designed to provide quick ongoing education that enables participants to immediately, up completion, acquire positions within the Construction Management field. Positions such as Project Admin, Project Engineer, Document Controls Specialists, Assistant PM will all be attainable with the education provided along with hard work and lots of studying.
Why this course? Construction in the US currently has $1Trillion dollars budgeted for public infrastructure over the next decade, the current shortfall for PM staff is estimated to be 35k to 50k people per year. Obviously the outdated method of going to university for 4yrs then taking 2-4yrs to become acclimated to real world construction will not meet this shortage. I have been using the very same methods that I will teach you for over 10yrs to hire and train people with little to no construction knowledge successfully.
The construction industry at large is finally recognizing the value of this method. Just as with the I.T. industry, where knowledge now replaces the previous 4yr degree requirement, the construction industry has begun to recognize that knowledge and zeal easily surpass the offerings from most degree holders with less than 5-7yrs of experience.
