Everything is our teacher, if we’re willing to learn! When we lean in with curiosity and ask, “what is this teaching or how can I learn form this,” we can identify opportunity for personal growth and transformation.

I noticed this even with unhealthy relationships… Once I started asking myself this question, it allowed me to disrupt the pattern, refocus, and choose different.
