Greatest group I've ever been a part of — free or paid.

Most groups collapse for the same 2 reasons:

1 - The founder treats it as an add-on/bonus. It's an afterthought, so they don't put much into it.
2 - Not enough activity to keep members engaged. Not from the group itself, but especially not enough from the founder.
