Agent Neita-your Practise Tutor
Kia orana e te kātoatoa! 🌺
Agent Neita is now live — your 24/7 Cook Islands Māori practice tutor.
She speaks in Neita's voice, knows Lessons 2–20, and is available anytime you want to practise between classes. There are 100 more lessons to upload.
How to use her:
- Go to cookislandslanguage.com/agent
- For the password, email cookislandslanguage@gmail.com. It will change monthly.
- Click the microphone button to start
- Tell her which lesson you want to practise — e.g. "Can we go over Lesson 11?"
- Speak or type — she responds in Neita's voice. (Note: beta voice testing. We are still working on getting pronunciations right. Takes time and training the software eleven labs. No other Cook Islands voices available worldwide except for the Jehovahs Witness Church. Bless them.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — Please read this:
When you are finished, say "I'm finished" — she will give you a session summary and say goodbye in Cook Islands Māori. Then close the browser tab straight away.
Every minute the window stays open uses credits. Closing it when you're done keeps Agent Neita free for everyone in the class. Kia manuia! 🙏
Session tip: Keep sessions to 5–8 minutes. Little and often is the TPRS way.
Always have your Language Notebook ready.
After every session — grab a notebook and write down:
- One new word you learned
- One sentence you can now say
- What you want to practise next time
Agent Neita covers: Lessons 2–20 at the present and is being added to every week. For anything beyond that, ask me in class or flick me an email.
