This has been the best decision. I have been slacking lately but that has nothing to do with Benjamin or this community or program. I will get back cooking and getting to know you all. I’m a 2 month newbie to the community. I’m learning new technique's, all about spices and how to build layers of flavor in my dishes. We learn the “why” behind what we’re doing, while Benjamin makes us laugh. The Friday Live community cooking is amazing. In a brief time, I’ve learned so much and made some flavorful dinners. I never thought I would be able to make the dishes I have. We love it! A sincere thank you to Benjamin for being a wonderful leader and mentor. Friday here we come!

I joined to get a few recipes . However, I have learned a lot of skills and tried new recipes.The cooking lessons have helped me learn cooking techniques and recipes for some delicious dishes. I dont need to go and spend $85 for a dinner for my family when i can make the same thing but better at home.

I love this step by step class. I have made several of the recipes I have learned here a few times. I can apply things I learn for other dishes. Benjamin is the most patient person he answers questions as you have them. If you have questions you can message him in this app and he gets back to you. The app is easy to fallow the teacher is easy to fallow I love it all.

This is the singular best thing I have done for myself in years! I wish Benjamin was around to teach me these skills 30 years ago. This is unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced. Benjamin has answered my questions in minutes off line and he has stayed on with me to make sure I’m satisfied in his community. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher or a better community!!!
