When should we complete the feedback form?

Hello! Should we complete the feedback form after we've watched the video, or after we've had a chance to complete the Twilly project? I wanted to complete the form as soon as I completed watching the video to capture my initial reactions, but have just encountered the questions about ease of picking a garment to alter and harvesting fabric (which I haven't started yet ☺️).
