What If We Swapped New Year’s Resolutions for a New Year Vision Board?
Every year, we’re encouraged to write resolutions…Lose weight... Do more of that. Fix ... Be better at that.
Resolutions often start with the belief that something about us needs correcting. What if this year, we chose a gentler, more powerful path?
✨ What if instead of resolutions…we created a New Year Vision Board?
A vision board doesn’t ask you to “fix" anything. It invites you to dream and envision again. Imagine the life you want to create — not out of pressure, but out of possibility.
A vision board says:🌿 These are the people I want close.🌿 This is how I want to feel.🌿 These are the places I want to explore.🌿 This is the freedom I want to design.🌿 These are the dreams I’m ready to bring back into the light.
It’s not about who you need to become, it is about reconnecting with who you already are.
So as we head into a new year, what if we traded guilt-filled resolutions for a soul-filled vision?
