When a new solution enters the marketplace, it often:
- Introduces complexity (new tools, systems, workflows)
- Creates dependencies (people rely on it)
- Generates edge cases (unexpected uses or failures)
Example:
- Smartphones solved communication and access to information
- But created problems like distraction, privacy issues, battery anxiety, app overload
So one “solution” can spawn multiple secondary problems <-- THAT NEED SOLUTIONS! (💰)
