Can an AI generated video be considered as User Generated Content (UGC)? It depends on the person.
What do you need to create the content?

- A consistent character**
- A script for text-to-speech
- A video editor
** You don't "need" a character in a UGC promo video for products, because it could just be a voice narration, right?
