Good day to you lovely ladies! My name is Karen Virdi and I am SO grateful to be with you all on this platform. Thank you Giulia for inviting me.

I live in Toronto, Canada am a Spiritual Coach, Energy Healer and Hypnosis guide. My soul’s mission is to help empower you from your pain! After a collapse which I experienced back in 2011, the trajectory of my life changed. I was essentially guided to begin looking at my life much deeper. From all of the deep shadow work and days of emotional uproar, anxiety, fear and self sabotage, unbeknownst to me I was being walked to my soul’s purpose through this collapse. What a gift. I immediately knew it was time to heal, stay true to my knowing that I was to break generational cycles, step into my mission and support others to get empowered as I was from my pains.
