Intention setting/favourite meditation app
Hello friends!!! So yesterday, I started the healthy habits challenge that the app Insight Timer is having for the month of January.
The first visualization/meditation that it starts with is one about intention setting and I had to share it in this group because it was so immensely powerful to me that it is immediately something I wanted to incorporate into my daily routine and listen to it every single day.
I am someone who has struggled in the past with visualization but how the guy guides you through the visualization helped me SO much and really helped me visualize effectively.
I really recommend that you all download the app and do this challenge along with me, it would be so fun!!! Insight Timer is such an amazing app, it's my new obsession LOL, it not only has timed silent meditations, but it has countless guided ones, other challenges you can do AND it has sleep sounds too which I use to fall asleep every night.
If you guys do the intention setting visualization (day 1 of the challenge) I'd love to hear your thoughts!
