Hiring Sales Teams
Hi! I need some advice Hiring sales people to sell my program. I do it myself and now I'm getting 5-8 calls per day... it's occupying most of my day. Anyone has experience hiring sales people? Should I go for experienced closers or train my own? Also have you tried calendly for teams, is it worth it?
