The most important move I made this year was getting Semper Gumby as the government shifted its priorities. When the ground moved, I reassessed my position and built a productized service that aligned with a new buyer set. Instead of fighting the tide, I adapted, tightened the offer, and redirected my energy toward a market that was still moving.
That decision has turned uncertainty of the moment into increasing the number of conversations I having and sales I am making. It is the small continued steps that is making the difference It reminded me that agility is not scrambling. It is controlled movement with purpose. When things change, you either brace and get stuck, or you reposition and keep advancing. I chose to advance.
