You've got 7 days to decide if this is for you. I'm going to make that decision easy.
The 7-Day Challenge starts now. One short lesson each day. Each one builds on the last. By Day 7, you'll see your own patterns more clearly than you ever have — and you'll know whether this is the thing that's been missing.
Here's what you need to know going in:
This isn't more parenting advice. You've had plenty of that. This is about what happens inside YOU in the two seconds before you react to your kid. That gap — I call it your Reset Window — is where everything changes. Or doesn't.
Over the next 7 days, you're going to learn to see it. Measure it. And start to change it.
Go to the classroom and start Day 1 now. Don't wait until tomorrow. The best time to start is while you're still feeling whatever brought you here.
