Five weeks of coaching. Five weeks of showing up and practicing, even when it was clunky. Five weeks of learning tools and techniques and actually using them.
You picked up tools and techniques and then did the harder thing - you practiced them until they were yours.
And this week, you stood up and delivered the best version of your speech. The one all that work was for. I'm so proud of you!
