One thing I wasn’t during, was weighing butter if added it to toast, or oil onto a pan but saw a video which reminded me the difference between a 80 cal fried egg to a 200 cal egg was all in the oil
We deviate away from the straight line so was a good reminder to rein that in also.
A good first day, not trained at all yet, just calories but got the itch for it again so joining the gym this week!
