Hello everyone, I’m definitely going to be going all in for the 6 week shred/get my shit together. I’ve lost 15lb since the beginning of July just through tracking nutrition. Time to get some strength training and cardio training back into my routine. Over the next 6 weeks, I’m hoping to loose another 15-20lbs.
