This week, we're switching gears from social action to inner work.
One of the biggest reasons people stay stuck in life is fear- fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of being seen, etc. If we can identify our fears and turn them around in a positive way, we can upgrade our life!
Your goal this week is to create two lists:
- 1. Fear List: Write down fears holding you back Ex: "I'm afraid of approaching new people"
- 2. Lifestyle List: Now reframe each of those fears into positives. Ex: "People love when I approach"
