Day Two Action Task:
After watching the video, go on your walk today, and take note of the excuses your brain comes up with when you think about approaching someone or stepping out of your comfort zone. Then, reframe those excuses into positive, empowering thoughts.
Your Action Step:
  1. - Complete your walk and reflect on the excuses your brain comes up with.
  2. - Write down the three most common excuses you noticed
  3. - Reframe each excuse into a positive thought
Example Format:
  • "On my walk, I noticed my brain said:
  1. - ‘What if they think I’m weird.’
  2. - ‘What if i don’t know what to say.’
  3. - ‘What if they ignore me.’
Looking at them now, I can reframe them as:
  1. - ‘What if they’ll actually be super interested in me.’
  2. - ‘What if I know exactly what to say.’
  3. - ‘What if they respond with excitement and positivity’
