My First 5k! 🏃🏿♀️
So glad I took the opportunity to participate in the Sweaty Sweater 5k/1 Mile race today!
It was a family fun day in the community and it felt amazing to join the run/walk. 💗
I even got a medal for finishing!
Being out in the cold while exercising, even for a good cause, pushed me outside of my comfort zone.
But the reward was memorable moments I’ll cherish for a lifetime. And… the medal is nice, too! 🏅
