Client brought us a photo using AI based off of his interior counter tops. He said just “make it look like this.”
Obviously, that can be dangerous as customer expectations is everything in some applications we do, especially in metallics.
We custom-blended the pigments in-house to hit the tones as best we could and dropped the floor. Despite some topcoat challenges, we settled on a 100% polyaspartic topcoat by MatriX Products.
→ UV stability so the color doesn’t shift or yellow
→ Abrasion + chemical resistance for real-world traffic
→ Clarity and depth that makes the metallic pop instead of going flat
