Belonging starts within
🌿 Most of us were never taught how just to be.
We learned how to try.
How to improve.
How to become.
And at some point, even rest started to feel unsafe.
🤍 This space is not here to push you.
Or to turn you into someone else.
It’s a place to slow down.
To soften the effort.
To stay with yourself — even when that feels unfamiliar.
✨ Belonging doesn’t start when you’re ready.
It starts when you stop leaving yourself.
You don’t have to know how to be.
